Mark D. Pilley, MD, AAFP, AADEP, ABQAURP
Dr. Pilley is Board Certified and a member of the American Academy of Family Physicians, Fellow and active member of the American Academy of Disability Evaluating Physicians (AADEP), currently on the AADEP Board for a third time, and Board certified by the American Board of Quality Assurance Utilization Review Physicians (ABQAURP). He has experience teaching American Medical Association Guides for Permanent Impairment Ratings, prevention of long-term disability, workforce management, and “Face to Face” Guides in determining Mobility Assist Equipment (MAE) needs for AADEP and AAFP. After receiving his medical doctorate from the University of Missouri, Columbia, Dr. Pilley completed a residency and was Chief Resident of the department of Family Medicine at the University of Arkansas Medical Science, Little Rock, AR. He has provided primary care services for 34 years, including occupational medicine services. He continues to perform Independent Medical Examinations for legal counsel and Workers Compensation. In his spare time, Dr. Pilley enjoys golfing, fishing, square foot gardening, model railroading and Masonic Philanthropy. Dr. Pilley loves to spend time with his family and being a grandparent.
Mark Shirley, DO, PC
Dr. Shirley earned a Bachelor of Science and Exercise Science degrees from the University of Nebraska Omaha and a Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine from the University of Health Sciences, College of Osteopathic Medicine in Kansas City, Missouri. He did his Post-Doctoral Training in Family Practice at the University of Nebraska Medical Center in Omaha, Nebraska. Dr. Shirley was a Lieutenant Commander in the Naval Reserve, serving as a Medical Officer and Physician; a Lieutenant Colonel in the Air Force Reserve where he was a Medical Officer and Flight Surgeon; and is currently a Lieutenant Colonel in the Nebraska National Guard serving as a Flight Surgeon and Chief of Aerospace Medicine. Dr. Shirley is a physician in the emergency rooms at Memorial Community Hospital and at the Veterans Affairs Medical Center. He also provides Emergency Medicine coverage in small-town hospitals in Nebraska and Iowa and was in private practice in Family Medicine for 16 years. Dr. Shirley has over 20 years of experience in injury care, emergency medicine and pharmaceutical research. In his spare time, he enjoys training in Martial Arts, working out, going to the gun range, listening to Hawaiian music, and spending time with his family.

Patricia A. Kreikemeier, RN, LNCC
Patti received her nursing degree from the College of Saint Mary in Omaha, Nebraska in 1976. She has clinical nursing experience in hospital medical-surgical, pediatrics, family practice, and health information resource and triage. Patti has over 20 years’ experience as a legal nurse consultant. She entered the field of legal nurse consulting in 1996 while employed for a law firm specializing in personal injury and medical malpractice. In 2004, Patti began her career at Workfit as a legal nurse consultant in the practice of Independent Medical Examinations and has been certified by the American Legal Nurse Consultant Certification Board since 2004. She enjoys traveling to the cities of Washington D.C., Chicago and Lawrence to visit her children and grandchildren. Patti’s extra time is occupied with fitness instruction and gym ownership.
